    Place the battery in a vacuum industrial oven to discharge the wet gas of the battery to be injected completely.

    7.Injection & seal:

    Inject electrolyte into the battery, the process should be completed within a dry glove box. Then first seal.

    8.Formation:

    The first charge and discharge process, each battery is connected to the computer and be tested constantly, to activate battery, recording each battery performance to select rejects.

    9.Fixture baking :

    To take out the gas inside the battery because of get charged, fix the batteries in the fixture then send into the baking machine.

    10.Second seal:

    Seal the battery again to ensure the sealing performance of battery cell.

    11.Aging:

    Place the batteries static in the room at the temperature of 45℃ for 48 hours.

    12.Grading:

    Using a high-precision testing equipment to classify the battery capacity. Each battery is connected to the computer and tested constantly to check the performance by a high precision testing equipment.
